- All UK orders come with FREE STANDARD SHIPPING. This is either by courier (for prints) or Royal Mail 1st Class (all other products).
- There is an added option at checkout to upgrade to Tracked, Signed For Delivery for £5.99.
- We ship globally from the UK.

Packaging
- Gift wrap: Loosely folded and placed in a thick cardboard envelope.
- Greeting Cards, Notebooks and Coasters: Delivered flat in a board-backed envelope.
- Art prints: A4 delivered flat in a board-backed acid-free envelope. A3, A2 and A1 are delivered carefully rolled in a waterproof, acid-free, sturdy tube.
- Mugs: Packaged in a very sturdy, protective box.
Dispatching
- All cards, mugs, coasters, notebooks and gift wrap will be dispatched within 2 working days - and usually the same working day if ordered before 12pm. Please allow 3 working days for prints to be dispatched, as they are printed just for you.
- If your delivery address is outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. You understand that any and all charges of this nature will be your responsibility.
